Environments

Ympact provides five isolated environments. Each environment has its own set of credentials, endpoints, and data โ€” nothing crosses between them.

Integration endpointsโ€‹

Queue URLs and SFTP hostnames are environment-specific and are included in the credentials package Ympact provides for each environment. See Credentials & access.

Progression pathโ€‹

Work through environments in order:

  1. Dev โ†’ initial integration, field mapping validation
  2. Test โ†’ end-to-end functional testing with realistic data
  3. Stage โ†’ sign-off with Ympact before go-live
  4. Production โ†’ live

Do not send test data to Production.

TLSโ€‹

All endpoints require HTTPS. Plain HTTP connections are rejected.

IP allowlistingโ€‹

If your infrastructure requires outbound IP allowlisting, contact Support for the list of Ympact IP ranges.
